Creative Self-Care Experience

Co-hosted by Cora Ritter of Creator's Wellbeing + MIX Creative Community, this event will be a self-guided experience to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and boost your creativity.

You will be given small choices, prompts and mindfulness exercises as you move about the space.  We will help you to engage your senses, let go of restrictions and focus on the process of creativity instead of the final product.  Give yourself permission to try, explore, and play.  We hope that you will leave the event refreshed and with inspiration for how you can bring more creative moments into your everyday life.
