We will be utilizing mixed media + mindfulness practices along with Jessia Swift's book, "Art for Self-Care."
All needed supplies will be provided with ticket price. Â You are welcome to bring your favorite supplies as well, if desired. Â You will take home a personally created art piece + a copy of the book "Art for Self-Care."
The class is led by Cora Drew Ritter, Licensed Therapist and Creator.
