Join us as we explore art practices that promote relaxation, healing and introspection.  We’ll play with different mediums, dive into some simple exercises and enjoy a morning growing creatively in a safe space. You’ll leave with a sketchbook and some renewed vision to keep creating in your own personal style.  No experience or artistic proficiency necessary, just a willingness to have fun and create without judgement!

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Emily is an expressive arts facilitator that firmly believes in the power of art to heal, and the ability within each person to be creative. Her journey with art started as an obsession with color as early as memories allow, progressed through doodling in the margins of all her school papers, and helped her make sense of the neurodivergent labels she and her daughter received early in her mothering journey. It’s her deepest hope that her art and workshops would inspire you to find the beauty in your own stories, because it’s there, and it matters.
